Set-up time varies slightly depending on the product you have chosen and the complexity of your virtual data centre. A virtual data centre that has not been customised for you takes approximately 2–3 working days to configure fully.

The NetApp storage provides a consistent, extremely fast NVMe resource pool that is designed to be fully redundant internally. Thanks to integrated NetApp technologies, data storage is highly available within the system itself – without the need for additional replication mechanisms at the hypervisor or host level.

The virtualisation environment is also designed to be fully redundant, ensuring there is no single point of failure.

You can manage your entire virtual data centre directly from our customer portal. You can also access the servers directly from the customer portal via the console, or via SSH or RDP.

With the Virtual Datacentre, you can migrate your entire server infrastructure to a state-of-the-art datacentre in Otelfingen (Switzerland). Your systems will run there in a highly available, professionally managed cluster environment – secure, stable and scalable at any time. Resources can be flexibly adapted to your current requirements, without the need for any investment in your own hardware.
